Special Session: Advanced Heat and Mass Transfer Concepts and Emerging Technologies

Within the REPE conference which covers a broad range of topics, including renewable energy technologies, power generation, transmission and distribution systems, energy storage, and energy efficiency, this session is specially targeted on new concept energy and power engineering. This special session aims to bring together an international community of researchers and practitioners in the field of new sources and new designs of power systems to present and discuss new research results and perspectives on future developments, mainly including areas of new power system and CO2 (or CO2 based mixture working medium) power engineering, hydrogen, energy saving, etc. This special session is also primarily targeted on the discussions and information exchange of emerging technologies in CO2 based power systems and cycles that would lead to high efficiency as well as low carbon emission (where CCUS would be considered). This session will also provide networking opportunities for establishing global collaborations toward developing suitable solutions for diverse applications and user groups in sustainable development.
